Hi! We’re Nathan and Jess, the husband-and-wife team behind Wanderlust Beverage Services.

We live in Birmingham, Alabama, with our two amazing kids and share a love for good drinks, good company, and building experiences people remember. Wanderlust grew from that shared passion, blending Nathan’s creativity behind the bar with Jess’s eye for design, organization, and thoughtful details that make every event special.

Nathan has spent over 15 years in the food and beverage industry, and his journey has been nothing short of a spirited adventure. From shaking up craft cocktails to managing restaurant teams, his heart has always been at the bar. As a former Board Member of the United States Bartenders Guild, he’s had the chance to help foster community and creativity within the industry, something he’s still deeply passionate about today.

At Wanderlust, Nathan brings that same artistry and hospitality to every celebration. For him, it’s never just about mixing drinks, it’s about creating moments, sparking joy, and connecting with people through the experience of a well-crafted cocktail.

Jess, on the other hand, keeps everything flowing behind the scenes. She brings warmth, style, and an impeccable sense of organization to each event, making sure every bar setup looks as good as it tastes. When she’s not planning events or running between projects, she loves traveling, hiking, thrifting, and spending time over a good cup of coffee.

As partners in life and in business, we pour our hearts into everything we do, from raising our kids to crafting the perfect cocktail menu. Wanderlust is more than a bar service to us; it’s a reflection of who we are, creative, intentional, and rooted in community.
