Where are you located? What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Birmingham, Alabama, and primarily serve Central Alabama. If your event is outside this area, we’re happy to discuss traveling to make it happen. Please note that travel fees may apply for events located over 30 miles from our home base.

What are your fees?

Our pricing is customized to your specific event, based on factors like location, event duration, guest count, number of bartenders required, and your chosen services. Reach out to us via our Contact page, and we’ll create a personalized package and quote just for you.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No, our services do not include the provision of alcohol. However, we’ll guide you through the planning process, including determining the types and quantities of alcohol, mixers, and other beverages needed for your event.

Do you provide bartenders?

Absolutely! Our professional bartenders are ready to make your event a success. Our mobile bar setup accommodates up to two bartenders, and we can arrange additional bar stations outside the trailer if needed.

 

What types of events do you serve?

Private events are our specialty, including weddings, birthdays, showers, corporate parties, and fundraisers. We also cater to public events with non-alcoholic beverage vending, featuring fresh-made lemonades, sodas, and more (proper permits required).

 

Do you offer non-alcoholic beverage options?

Definitely! We provide non-alcoholic beverage packages for private and public events, including fresh-made lemonades, sodas, and other specialty drinks. No alcohol? No problem—your event will still be a hit!

 

Do you offer additional services?

Yes! In addition to bartending and beverage vending, we offer the following services:

• Decorative Rentals: Add charm to your event with our curated decorative pieces, perfect for weddings and special occasions.

• Pre-Batching Services: Let us pre-batch your cocktails, mocktails, or other beverages ahead of time for a hassle-free event.

• Beverage Program Support: From designing the perfect drink menu to providing bartender training materials, we can help elevate your event or business with expert guidance and resources tailored to your needs.

 

What is the process to reserve a date?

It’s simple! Drop us an email through our Contact page, and we’ll discuss the details of your event. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll provide a custom quote. To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required.

 

Can we add decorations to the trailer?

Of course! While our trailer is designed to stand out on its own, you’re welcome to add decorations that match your event’s vibe.

 

Can you serve beer out of kegs?

Absolutely! Our setup includes a tap system that supports ⅙ to ½ barrels.

 

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We’re fully licensed and insured with General Liability Insurance, so you can rest assured that your event is in professional hands.

 

Can the trailer be rented without bartending services?

Yes, the trailer is available for rentals, including filming, photo shoots, or other creative uses. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.
