Where are you located? What areas do you serve?

We call Birmingham, Alabama, our home base, catering primarily to Central Alabama.

However, if your event is elsewhere, we're open to the possibility of hitting the road to make it happen.

Please note that additional travel fees may apply for events over 30 miles from us.

What are your fees?

Our pricing is as unique as your event.

It's influenced by factors like location, hours, guest count, number of bartenders, and your service preferences.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Yes and No.

While our packages don't technically include alcohol, we're here to make the process easier for you.

You have two options:

Purchase the Alcohol Yourself

You can buy the alcohol directly from a vendor of your choice. We will tell you how much we need for the event.

Procurement Service

For an additional fee, we can purchase the alcohol on your behalf with your money and deliver it to the venue.

Note that there is no markup on the retail purchase of the alcohol.​

Either way, we'll assist you in deciding what types and quantities of alcohol you need and coordinate the delivery to ensure everything arrives on time.

Do you provide the bartenders?

Absolutely! We've got your bartending needs covered.  Our setup accommodates up to 2 bartenders.

If you need more, we can arrange additional bar stations outside the trailer as required.

What types of events are you able to serve?

Private events are our specialty—weddings, birthdays, showers, corporate parties, fundraisers, you name it.

For public events, we can't sell alcohol as a cash bar, but we are potentially open to vending events with non-alcoholic beverages. Just ensure you've got the necessary permits.

Do you service non-alcoholic beverages and events? 

Absolutely! There doesn't have to be booze to be a party!

Absolutely! We're here to make the beverage planning part of your event easy and enjoyable.

What is the process to reserve a date?

Drop us an email through our Contact page. Once we've hashed out the event details, we'll send you a custom quote.

To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit will be needed.

Can we add decorations to the trailer?

Certainly! Feel free to deck out the trailer to match your event's vibe. It's designed to stand alone,

but we're all for enhancing the aesthetic.

Can you serve beer out of kegs?

Absolutely! Our setup includes a tap that can link to a ⅙ - ½ barrel.

​

Are you licensed and insured?

Yep! We're covered with General Liability Insurance policies, fully licensed as a business.

​

 

Can the trailer be rented without the bartending service?

Absolutely! The trailer is up for grabs for filming, photo shoots, and more.
