We’re all about lighthearted yet meaningful discussions on theology while enjoying classic board games that most people have never heard of. If you’re looking for a space to connect with others who share your faith, dive into interesting theological topics, and rediscover the joy of old-school gaming, this is the place for you.

 

Who We Are:

Our group is primarily aimed at Christian men between the ages of 20 and 50, but we’re also open to women and couples who share our interests and values. Whether you’re a seasoned theologian, a curious learner, or just someone who enjoys good company and a bit of friendly competition, you’ll find a warm welcome here.

What We Do:

We meet once a month in Bluff Park, Birmingham, Alabama, typically in the evening, for a relaxed gathering that mixes thoughtful conversation with fun and games. Each meetup includes:

• Theological Discussions: We explore a wide range of topics, from scripture and doctrine to practical aspects of living out our faith. Our discussions are always approachable, encouraging everyone to share their thoughts and questions.

• Forgotten Board Games: Ever heard of Cosmic Encounter or Talisman? These are just a couple of the classic games we might pull out during our meetups. We love discovering and playing games that have stood the test of time but may not be well-known today.

• BYOB: For those 21 and older, feel free to bring your favorite beer or wine. We encourage responsible drinking in a comfortable, respectful environment.
